Ingredients

  • 8 samosas, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake the samosas according to package instructions, until crispy and golden brown.

  2. In a serving plate, arrange the baked samosas and lightly crush them with your hands.

  3. Top the crushed samosas with boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, and tomatoes.

  4. Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the samosas and toppings.

  5. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the chaat.

  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles).

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious Samosa Chaat!
