How To Make Stuffed Pasta Bake Bolognese

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, and marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each cooked pasta shell with a spoonful of the beef mixture and place in a greased baking dish.

Spread the cheese mixture on top of the stuffed pasta shells.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
