Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender.

  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, milk, and Dijon mustard.

  3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve the mustard mash hot as a delicious side dish.
