How To Make Vegan Shortbread
A delicious and buttery vegan shortbread cookie that’s perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream the vegan butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour, mixing well after each addition, until a soft dough forms.

Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface to around 1/4 inch thickness.

Use cookie cutter or a round glass to cut out the cookies.

Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
