How To Make Low Carb Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

This quick and easy stir-fry recipe is packed with protein and vegetables, while being low in carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add in sliced peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper.

  5. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Stir to coat everything evenly.

  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy your low carb chicken stir-fry!
