Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onion, and peppers. Cook until tender.

  3. Add garlic and smoked paprika and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add the browned sausage to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot.
