How To Make Sesame Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 yellow onion, sliced thin
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, snow peas, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Pour over vegetables and stir until sauce thickens.

Add chicken back to skillet and stir until fully coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
