Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.

  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

  4. Pour in white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  6. Serve chicken with sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
