Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tsp of cumin
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix together cumin, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.

  3. Rub chicken breasts with spice mixture.

  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear each side for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
