How To Make Lemon Pepper Chicken Stir-Fry
This dish is a delicious and healthy option for a quick and easy weeknight dinner, packed with flavors of lemon and black pepper.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Mix the flour, black pepper, and salt in a shallow dish.

Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

Add the chicken broth and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
