  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat well with the marinade.

  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
