Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the cooked chicken, celery, red onion, and parsley to the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.

  3. Serve chilled.
