- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and poppy seeds.
