How To Make Low Calorie Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin, applesauce, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
