- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
