How To Make Low Calorie Lemon Cake Recipe

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Stevia or any sugar substitute of your choice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Stevia, applesauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, and almond milk.
