How To Make Keto Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs Recipe
Tender, juicy and flavorful BBQ ribs made in a slow cooker with a keto-friendly BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup keto-friendly BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and BBQ sauce.

Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and brush them with more BBQ sauce.
