Tender, juicy and flavorful BBQ ribs made in a slow cooker with a keto-friendly BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and BBQ sauce.

  3. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  5. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and brush them with more BBQ sauce.

  6. Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes until slightly crispy.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
