Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

  2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.

  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork ribs.

  4. Place the pork ribs in a baking dish and add apple cider vinegar and water.

  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 hours.

  6. Remove the foil and brush keto-friendly BBQ sauce all over the pork ribs.

  7. Broil for 5-10 minutes until the BBQ sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
