How To Make Fall-off-the-Bone Instant Pot Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut the racks in half.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs.

Place the trivet in the Instant Pot and pour in the water.

Arrange the ribs on top of the trivet, standing them up on their side.

Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs.

Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position.

Select the manual or pressure cook setting and set the timer for 30 minutes.

Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then release the remaining pressure manually.

Carefully remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and place them on a baking sheet.

Preheat the broiler on high.

Brush the ribs with additional BBQ sauce.

Broil the ribs for 5-7 minutes, or until they are nicely browned and caramelized.
