How To Make Keto Pulled Pork Recipe
Tender and juicy pulled pork coated in a delicious keto-friendly BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup low-carb BBQ sauce
Instructions

Mix together salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper and rub all over the pork shoulder.

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour apple cider vinegar and chicken broth on top.

Cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is fork-tender and can be easily shredded.

Remove the pork from the slow cooker, shred with forks, and place back into the slow cooker.

Pour the BBQ sauce on top of the pork and mix well.

Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes to allow the sauce to soak into the pork.
