How To Make Keto Slow Cooker Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.

In another bowl, whisk together the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, basil, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
