  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.

  2. Add in the almond butter, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract.

  3. Stir until fully combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray or candy mold.

  5. Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm.

  6. Remove from the mold and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
