  • 1/2 cup hazelnut flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnut flour, almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

  3. Add in the melted coconut oil and egg and mix until well combined.

  4. Stir in the chopped hazelnuts.
