- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
