  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, beat butter and powdered erythritol until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, and continue mixing.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients mixture.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, use a cookie scoop to make 8-10 cookies.
