Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp of cream of tartar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of granulated sweetener
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Add in cream of tartar and vanilla extract, continue beating until well combined.

Slowly add in the sweetener while beating continuously until stiff peaks form again.

Use a piping bag to pipe out the meringue mixture into desired shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
