Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil and cook chicken until browned.

  3. Add bell peppers and green onions, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Combine peanut sauce, soy sauce, and honey in a small bowl and add to pan.

  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything together.

  6. Serve pasta hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
