  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the apricot puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  4. Before serving, garnish with crushed pistachios.
