Ingredients

  • 500g apricots, pitted and sliced
  • 250g Turkish delight, chopped
  • 200ml double cream
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 50g pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the apricots and Turkish delight together.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the double cream until stiff peaks form.
