How To Make Almond Flour Lemon Bars Recipe

These light and tangy bars are made with almond flour and fresh lemon juice.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, and lemon juice.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish and pour in batter.
