How To Make Low Carb Lemon Bars Recipe

These Low Carb Lemon Bars taste great with cream cheese and luscious lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder and salt together.

  3. Add melted butter and whisked eggs with it.

  4. Add lemon juice to the mixture.

  5. Pour the mixture onto an 8-inch square baking dish.

  6. Bake it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Slice the lemon bars and garnish with some lemon zest before serving.
