How To Make Low Carb Lemon Bars Recipe
These Low Carb Lemon Bars taste great with cream cheese and luscious lemon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Lemon zest for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder and salt together.

Add melted butter and whisked eggs with it.

Add lemon juice to the mixture.

Pour the mixture onto an 8-inch square baking dish.

Bake it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Slice the lemon bars and garnish with some lemon zest before serving.
