How To Make Dashing Dish Protein Bars

Delicious and healthy protein bars that are perfect for a post-workout snack or on-the-go breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and almond flour.

  3. In a smaller mixing bowl, whisk together honey, almond milk, almond butter, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir well to combine.

  5. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  6. Press mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Allow to cool, then slice into bars.
