How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Paleo Bars Recipe

Delicious homemade bars using only natural ingredients.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine mixed nuts, shredded coconut and almond flour.

  3. Add melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract and salt to the bowl. Mix until combined.

  4. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped dark chocolate.

  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
