How To Make Sushi Burrito

Ingredients
- 4 nori sheets
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup pickled ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Lay one nori sheet on a clean surface.

Spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly onto the nori sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space at the top.

Place avocado, cucumber, carrot, and pickled ginger on top of the rice.

Roll up the nori sheet tightly, sealing the edge with a bit of water.

Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.

Slice each sushi burrito in half and serve.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce for dipping.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
