How To Make Sushi Burrito

  • 4 nori sheets
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup pickled ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


  1. Lay one nori sheet on a clean surface.

  2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly onto the nori sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space at the top.

  3. Place avocado, cucumber, carrot, and pickled ginger on top of the rice.

  4. Roll up the nori sheet tightly, sealing the edge with a bit of water.

  5. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.

  6. Slice each sushi burrito in half and serve.

  7. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce for dipping.

  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
