Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 nori seaweed sheets
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 lb fresh salmon, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Lay a nori sheet on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of cooked sushi rice over it.

  2. Lay a few slices of fresh salmon on top of the rice.

  3. Add cucumber, avocado, carrot, pickled ginger, and any other desired toppings.

  4. Roll the nori sheet tightly, using a sushi mat if available. Repeat for remaining ingredients.

  5. Cut each rolled sushi burrito into bite-sized pieces.

  6. Serve with soy sauce and mayonnaise for dipping.

  7. Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds, scallions, and cilantro on top for added flavor.
