- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season prawns with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
