How To Make Roasted Stuffed Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut off the stem and leaves from the cauliflower head, leaving a flat bottom. Place the cauliflower head in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff the mixture evenly into the spaces between the cauliflower florets.

Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower.

Roast for 45 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
