  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 16 crostini or crackers
  • Optional: cucumber slices, capers, additional dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and dill.

  2. Arrange salmon slices on serving platter or individual plates.

  3. Top each slice of salmon with a dollop of cream cheese mixture.

  4. Place a crostini or cracker on top of each dollop.

  5. Garnish with cucumber slices, capers, and additional dill if desired.
