  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Season prawns with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.

  5. Drizzle horseradish cream and lime vinaigrette over the salmon and prawns.
