- 200g smoked trout fillets
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or bread, for serving
Instructions

In a food processor, add the smoked trout fillets, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Pulse until well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
