How To Make Mahi Mahi with Dijon Mustard Sauce

Deliciously cooked Mahi Mahi topped with a tangy and creamy Dijon mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. Grease a baking dish with some cooking spray and place the fillets.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  6. Once the Mahi Mahi is done, spoon the Dijon mustard sauce over each fillet.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
