How To Make Mahi Mahi with Dijon Mustard Sauce
Deliciously cooked Mahi Mahi topped with a tangy and creamy Dijon mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Grease a baking dish with some cooking spray and place the fillets.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Once the Mahi Mahi is done, spoon the Dijon mustard sauce over each fillet.
