  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch.

  2. Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and brush it with oil.

  3. Place Mahi Mahi fillets on the grill and brush the teriyaki glaze onto the fillets.
