- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Lemon for garnishing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking pan.

Season Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic and olive oil.

Brush the honey sriracha mixture onto the fillets.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked.

Garnish with lemon wedges.
