Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the Mahi-Mahi fillets in a baking dish.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. Add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and zest to the melted butter and stir well.

  5. Pour the butter mixture over the Mahi-Mahi fillets.

  6. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake in oven for about 20-25 minutes until the fish is flaky and fully cooked.

  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or cilantro.
