How To Make Herring Sushi Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make sushi dish filled with herring and rice.

Ingredients
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 pickled herring fillets
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to make sushi vinegar.

Once the rice is cooked, gently stir in sushi vinegar to coat the rice.

Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat or piece of plastic wrap.

Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori seaweed.

Place a pickled herring fillet on top of the rice.

Roll the sushi tightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
