How To Make Herring Bruschetta Recipe
A crunchy and delicious appetizer made with toasted bread, herring fillets, and flavorful toppings.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 can of herring fillets in oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of capers, chopped
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Brush the bread slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Top each bread slice with a herring fillet and spoon the garlic-caper mixture over the fish.

Return the bruschettas to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
