Ingredients
- 4 flounder fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Season the flounder fillets with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the flounder fillets and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
