How To Make Lemon-Rosemary Iced Tea

An incredibly light and refreshing drink to share with your family and friends! A delightful blend of the classic combination of black tea with lemon juice for that subtle tart flavor balanced with the sweetness, then rounded of with an evergreen fragrance from sprigs of rosemary infused in the drink itself.

  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup black tea leaves
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, bring water, sugar and 8 rosemary sprigs to just below a simmer (190 degrees F), stirring until sugar dissolves.

  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add tea; let it steep for 3 minutes.

  4. Strain tea; add lemon juice.
  5. Refrigerate until cool.
  6. Serve over ice.
  7. Garnish each serving with rosemary sprig.
