Here's a cold and healthy orange-cherry smoothie you can serve on a hot afternoon. Blend some fruits and flax for a cold, refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange segments, fresh
  • 15 pcs cherries, pitted
  • 1 pc mango, diced
  • 1 pc banana, fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • ½ cup ice cubes

For Serving:

  • 2 pcs cherries

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender except the flax meal.

  2. Finally, add the flax meal and blend again.

  3. Pour in tall glasses topped with cherries and enjoy.
