- 4 oz bananas, ripe, peeled
- 2¼ oz dates, pitted
- 2 cups plant-based milk, of your choice, preferably almond milk, avoid using coconut milk
- ½ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup ice cubes
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
For Garnish:
- ground cinnamon, or cinnamon sugar
